Founder & Chief Scientific Officer

Patrick T. Gunning is a Professor of Molecular Therapeutics at the University of Glasgow, Professor of Chemistry at the University of Toronto and previously a Canada Research Chair in Medicinal Chemistry, founder and inaugural Director of Centre for Medicinal Chemistry.

Dr. Gunning earned his Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow and completed postdoctoral studies at Yale University. He has authored over 140 research publications and received numerous accolades, including the Boehringer Ingelheim Young Investigator Award, the RSC MedChemComm Emerging Investigator Lectureship, and recognition as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40. Patrick is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Chemistry.

Founder and CEO

Dr. Mark Lindsay, DC, DACNB, PhD, is a Palmer College-trained chiropractor with 35 years of clinical experience treating elite athletes across the NFL, NHL, MLB, and Olympics, including double Olympic champion Donovan Bailey. A Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and a PhD candidate in Neuroscience at Queen's University, he trained two decades under French osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer and holds an additional 3,500+ hours of graduate neurology study through the Carrick Institute. He's authored a book on fascia and 10 research publications, served as a Research Fellow at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute, and co-founded biotech firms Carnyx Therapeutics, Kelvin Therapeutics, and Entourage AI.

Chief Operations Officer

Kate Pace Lindsay is a three-time Olympian and World Champion in Alpine Skiing, ranked among Canada's most decorated athletes. She won the 1993 World Alpine Ski Championships in Morioka, Japan, finished that season ranked world number one, and was named Canada's Female Athlete of the Year (Velma Springstead Trophy and Bobbie Rosenfeld Award). Her career includes two World Cup titles, multiple World Cup medals, four Canadian Championship titles, a US National Downhill title, and a fifth-place finish at the 1994 Winter Olympics. She's inducted into the Canadian Ski Hall of Fame and the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame (Top 25 Athletes).

In business, Kate holds Cornell University certificates in Business Law and Project Management and brings 27+ years of experience in health and wellness, co-operating several private health-related companies with her husband, Dr. Mark Lindsay, near Ottawa. She holds an Honorary Doctorate in Education from Nipissing University and has received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal and Canada 125 Medal for making outstanding contributions to her country.

Chief Business Officer

Eddie has a BSc and a MSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from UPEI where his research focused on inhibiting early-stage cancer progression pathways. Eddie has spent the last 15 years in the private sector in early-stage companies as an owner, operator, and project manager.

Chief Financial Officer

FCA-qualified CFO with extensive experience across a diverse range of industries, helping businesses improve financial performance, strengthen cash flow, and support sustainable growth. Trusted advisor to founders and leadership teams, providing strategic financial leadership, commercial insight, and practical solutions that drive results.

VP Biology

Dr. Wojciech Stec is an accomplished molecular biologist with a robust background in drug discovery and translational science, honed through roles in leading institutions such as Harvard Medical School and biotech innovators like Amphista Therapeutics.

He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams to deliver key milestones across diverse therapeutic areas.

With expertise spanning protein degradation, receptor biology, and cell-based model development, Dr. Stec combines academic rigor with industry experience to drive innovation and develop impactful therapies.
